Vaulte ships to domestic locations within the United States through FedEx Ground or USPS with signature required within 5 business days.

Please note that purchases placed after 4pm Eastern Time are considered as made the next business day. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays.

All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Most domestic shipments arrive within 3-4 days once your order has been processed.

Yes, International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive from the order fulfillment date. We ship internationally with FedEx, DHL, UPS or we will exceptionally ship with USPS depending on location.

Please note that customers are responsible upon delivery for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other tax on top of the Vaulte purchase price not included at checkout. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. No returns can be accepted on international purchases. All shipments are tracked and insured.

We pay close attention to quality and condition checks, but if the product is defective or there is a discrepancy from the ordered product, please contact us within 48 hours after the product arrives.

Items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for returns.

A written request must be filed by email to info@shopvaulte.com. Please provide your order number. Item must be shipped back no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number)

Shipment fees from Vaulte to the customer will not be refunded.

If you return due to customer's convenience, a 10% restocking fee will be charged from the product price (tax included). The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for returns.

Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
